#eHealth2020 – International Conference & The 25th Finnish National Conference on Telemedicine and eHealth, ”From Dream to Reality” 20.–22.4.2020, risteily kahden pääkaupungin Helsingin ja Tukholman välillä.

Vuoden 2020 kansainvälisessä konferenssissa käsitel- lään teemoja ja tuodaan uusinta tietoa kansainvälises- tä, pohjoismaisesta sekä kansallisesta digitaalisesta terveydenhuollon kehityksestä ja ratkaisuista. Ohjelma on suunnattu niin terveydenhuollon arjen ammattilaisil- le kuin tekniikan ja palveluiden kehittäjille. Konferens- sin vierailukohteet Tukholmassa tarjoavat näköalapai- kan uusien ratkaisujen käytännön soveltamisesta terveydenhuoltoon ja ihmisten arkeen. Kohtauspaikka- na konferenssi tarjoaa tuoretta tietoa niin lääkäreille, hoitohenkilökunnalle kuin hallinnosta, suunnittelusta ja koulutuksesta vastaaville. Konferenssi järjestetään englanninkielisenä.

The European Federation of Medical Informatics (EFMI) welcomes you to the 30th Medical Informatics Europe conference (MIE) at the Geneva International Confer- ence Center (CICG). This conference is organized in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the State of Geneva (Geneva), the University of Geneva (UNIGE) and the University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG).

The theme of MIE2020 is Digital Personalized Health and Medicine. Massive amount of data from the mo- lecular biology associated with massive data about the environment, behavior and lifestyle, exposition factors and personal records, the rise of unprecedent pro- cessing power and artificial intelligence have changed the face of medicine. The MIE2020 conference is a unique opportunity to meet experts from all involved fields, from deep learning or genomics, up to human factors, ethical and societal aspects. The MIE confer- ences not only attract senior researchers and top notched experts of the field, it is also, and mostly, a place where young scientists come to present their works, to meet peers, to network, to seek job and ca- reer opportunities.

NI 2020, Brisbane, Australia 27.–29.7.2020

NI 2020 is the official conference of the International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) nursing infor- matics special interest group.

In Australia, NI 2020 is presented by the Health Infor- matics Society of Australia (HISA) in conjunction with Australia’s national health informatics conference HIC 2020.

The theme of NI 2020 is Nursing and midwifery in the digital age shows nursing professionals as frontline users of digital solutions in the world of digitally driven, patient-centred healthcare.

pHealth 2020, Praha, Tsekki, 14.–16.9.2020

The 2020 edition of pHealth will emphasize the interrelated aspects framing ubiquitous pervasive health: mobile technologies, wellness, micro-nano-bio smart systems, bio-data management and analytics for personalized health, precision medicine and virtual care. It also addresses new potential risks for security and privacy as well as safety chances and challenges, the motivation of patients in care processes by game and gamification, and health systems challenges in developing countries. The intended outcome is intelligent and connected health devices and services leading to integrated care.

WIS2020, Turku, Suomi 24.–26.8.2020

Welcome to WIS 2020, which looks for innovations and fresh ideas in the cross-section of urban living, infor- mation society and health as understood in a wide sense. Starting in 2006, this is now the eighth confer- ence in its series. WIS 2020 seeks high-quality contribu- tions based both on scientific research and practical experience. The conference is multidisciplinary in na- ture, gives room for qualitative and quantitative analy- sis, empirical surveys, case studies as well as for con- ceptual work; thereby making WIS 2020 a perfect forum for exchange of information and ideas.

The overreaching theme of the conference is “Fruits of Respect”.

Issues of interest include but are not limited to:

• role of respect and similar assets in society and organ- izations

• measuring and defining respect in organizational and societal settings
