EFMI Special Topic Conference (STC) 2020

”Integrated Citizen centered digital health and social care – Citizens as data producers and service co- creators”, 26.–27.11.2020

The STC2020 will be held as an electronic conference.

The topic of the conference is “Integrated citizen cen- tered digital health and social care – Citizens as data producers and service co-creators”. This topic gives the opportunity to present innovative solutions to let the citizens to take greater responsibility of their health with the help of information and communication tech- nology. Some of the solutions can still be in research state and some can already report results and experi- ences of implemented systems in use. This conference is an excellent place to get connected to other re- searches working in this area.

Full papers, posters, workshops and panels are wel- come on topics including (but not limited to):

• Tools and technologies to support citizen centered digital services

• Capacity building to enhance the development and use of digital services

• Confidentiality, data integrity and data protection to guarantee trustworthy services

• Citizen safety in digital services

• Effectiveness and impacts of citizen digital and inte- grated health and social services

• Evaluation approaches and methods for digital ser- vices

• Usability, usefulness and user acceptance of digital services

• Guidelines for successful implementation of digital services for citizen
