• Based on the results, more research is needed to explore the utilizing eHealth services in different health care areas. The data obtained from this project and the results can be essential in the future research. As this research project was granted in different countries, the results need to be compared to this study.

• Based on the results this eHealth services should be included in the training stages and medical educational programs. Young professionals should be exposed and prepared for the use of these eHealth services.

7 CONCLUSIONS

eHealth services have been on-going process several years. Because of the situation in the world, health technology and eHealth applications will have crucial role in the future. Its need will increase, and the importance is constantly burgeoning. eHealth has noticed to strengthen the overall health system, delivering high quality care for patients and contacting patients despite their geographical location. This study has provided fact-based information on professionals´ experiences on eCAP services and its usability. According to the research results, eHealth services in mental health sector has been acknowledged beneficial for patients; their families and for the multi-professionals´ team. According to professionals, work efficiency, usability, experienced benefits and delivering services for mental health patient has increased due to VC. Although, healthcare professionals´ point-out several technical problems, overall experience of VC was found as useful.

According to the findings, VC meetings were used as consultation and they were experienced effective. The most satisfied professionals were with cooperation among all actors. Favorable feedback was received from VC´s usability and its development for mental health sector.

However, in the future technology devices must be develop and integrated to the healthcare sectors. As reported by the professionals, more technical support must be provided in the future.

Health care sectors with eHealth services, development of all health services will be effective and desired for future.
