AN OPEN PHENOMENON-BASED LEARNING PROCESS - how does the process proceed?

You proceed in a cloud-like manner, one round at a time. The previous round prepares for the next, showing the way.

1. Start by thinking about the content areas you want to process 2. Recognize something you want to process by asking questions 3. Create enthusiasm in the participants

STAGE 1, 1ST ROUND

1. Use different means to create enthusiasm and new ideas 2. Analyze goals that rise

3. Decide what to do and how to do it: explore, research, pose questions, think about what information is needed

4. Making a summary 5. Reflect the round

6. Ideas, needs and questions are formed for the next round

STAGE 2, 2ND ROUND

1. Redirect the goals of STAGE 1, 1ST ROUND previous round

2. Decide what to do and how to do it: explore, research, pose questions, think about what information is needed

3. Encouragement 4. Making a summary 5. Reflect the round
