Avhandlingens syfte som var att undersöka sambandet mellan entreprenörers passion och deras grad av arbetstillfredsställelse har uppnåtts eftersom man har kommit fram till att harmonisk passion har ett positivt samband med hög arbetstillfredsställelse medan överdriven passion är orelaterat till arbetstillfredsställelse. Således har avhandlingen bidragit med ny kunskap om sambandet mellan entreprenöriell passion och utfall på individnivå, det vill säga entreprenörernas arbetstillfredsställelse.
