Appendix A: Interview structure Basic information and life situation

Firstly, I would like to gain some basic information about you and your current life situation 3. Could you tell few basic things about yourself including:

- Age/year of birth

- Marital status and possible children - Education background

- Current work status and position (full-time/part-time/permanent etc., self-employed, managerial/lower level/worker etc.)

- Yearly income (under 20,000€, 20,000-30,000€, 30,000-40,000€, 40,000-50,000€

or over 50,000€)

The next few questions have to do with your current work situation, and your motivation towards work
