1,977 to promóte linguistic research

in

Finland

by

offering

a

forum

for

the discussion and dissemination

of

research

in

linguistics, both in Finland and abroad. Membership is open to anyone interested in linguistics; membership forms can be obtained from any of the board members. The membership fee

in

1995 was 100

students and unemployed members). Members are sent a newsletter and they receive the Association's yearbook gratis.
