The Linguistic Association
of
Finland was foundedin
1977to
promote linguistic research in Finland by offering a forum for the discusion a¡rd dissemination of research in linguistics, both in Finland and abroad. Membership is open to anyone interested in linguistics; membership forms can be obtained from any of the board members. The membership fee in 1997 was 130 FIM (70 FIM for students and unemployed members).Members are sent a newsletter and they receive the Association's yearbook gratis.

ContributorsPolicy: The Association's Yearbook is published on an annual basis. Every article is refereed by at last two anonymous referees.
