The City of Jyväskylä and Jyväskylä City Library does not guarantee or take responsibility for the safety of the exhibition and will not insure the exhibition. The exhibitor will be responsible for the exhibited items and exhibition supplies (e.g. the display stands, if used) during the exhibition and also during the installation and removal of the exhibition. The exhibitor is also responsible for any copyright issues regarding the exhibited materials. By signing this agreement, I hereby accept these terms and the library’s exhibition rules and guidelines.
