Valeria M. Cabello

Valeria M. Cabello, PhD, is an educational psychologist with experience in science education and comparative education. She has worked for public and private organisms oriented to develop pedagogical skills in student teachers and educators.

She has taught courses about learning and cognition, child development, science learning and research methods in social sciences, in Chile and Scotland, from undergraduate to postgraduate level. Valeria has also led team work and international research projects, with focus on psychology of learning applied to higher education. She is Assistant Professor at the School of Education, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Vice-president of the Chilean Society for Science Education.

Vesna Ferk Savec

Vesna Ferk Savec, PhD, is a full professor in chemical education in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Her current research focuses on the use of ICT-supported visualization in teaching and learning of chemistry, project-based learning, and the relevancy of chemistry education.
