• THE GOAL
– The goal of the Group is to buy, hold and develop small and middle-sized technical companies
primarily in Finland. K-D Group is looking for
companies where the owner(s) are going to retire and there is no one to continue the business. The K-D Group can garantie that the company will
grow and develop also in the future.
– The companies can be producers with their own products or technical sales companies. The goal is to buy some companies every year.

– The K-D Group employ about 80 people and hav a turnover of a c. 21 M€

– Serviced equipment is 100% pressure tested. We will provide a test certificate on request for
pressure testing.
– Cleaning of metal parts for the use of oxygen if needed
– Surface treatment for copper and brass parts by yellow-burning
– All the sealing surfaces are machined and after testing, where appropriate, the valve parts, diaphragms, and other wear parts will be changed.
– We admit one year warranty for serviced products
